Hey mate, from memory another person posted the same question, the answer was $200-$250 from Ebay, possibly cheaper here and its dirty work putting them in. Although if you have the space, time and tools this will be easier
Hope that helps! Matt

There is a fair bit involved and you would need a dial guage also to measure backlash. If your backlash and or contact are out you need to shim the centre to ensure backlash is in spec and also that your contact is good.

Hey man, you will definately need to get a diff shop to install them as you have an ED diff which is a different size to an EA which is the same size as a pintara... if that made sense? The 4.11 diff gears come from a pintara and the bearing on them is to suit that diff housing.
This will need to be changed with the one currently on your pinion gear (or replaced if they so wish). Then they will need to put a shim between the pinion gear and the bearing to remove the backlash (as mentioned above). I used to have them in my last car but broke them due to the LSD being overtight (lol backyard job). I am currently selling a set of immaculate diff gears as I no longer have the car I was going to put them into. I payed 280 for them but I will sell them for 200 plus postage. PM me if interested. |
