MPH is the figure you're after when talking about how much power a car has. I remembered reading on here a while ago about a guy who ran over 100mph in his modded AU, can't remember if he had any sheet to prove it... I'll see if i can dig up the thread and post the link.. My mate got 160 rwkw out of his ed with just port and polish milled about 25 thou off the head and tickford cam and a 5 speed. Went great until the bottom end culdnt handle the compression lol

this tends to pop up that many times on forums it gets beyond a joke .
Ive seenn and heard so many stories that now i only believe it if i see it or see a video. Because to me anyone can put ever they want. My new setup (quick Tune-Pump gas) at springnats 2009 got 228 rw hp. ( 170) - (mikes dyno) this was after i got 169 on hallam 2 days b4 - And thats with standard bottom end . This is what my car runs at now Mine has made 176.9 previously . Best time on old setup was 14.19 - I have heard that many people tell me that they have made 200rwkw but still yet to see it . The only person that ive seen get close has been xrchic ford forums 198.7rwkw at kpm and g and d .(does a 13.89) there are a few dohc in sa up towards high 180 and low 190 too. I shouldnt see a problem making 200kw out of one of these motors however it comes to how much money and how driveable that you would like the car,. Also i can tell u right now that jmm 13.3 was in a fully stripped out car. There was next to nothing left in that car . If you want best times for a na 6 13.7 grenchie 13.8 oed - These guys have proof . Both are in the 170's in power too once again with proof

i think my Green EL has about 157rwk and over 600nm with 14.089 1/4 ( apparently with wheel spin )
