When clearing the airbag error codes on a EF/EL falcon the dash will beep a couple of times. This clears the warning lamp. So as above airbag/dash problem.

how do you clear the codes??

switch the ign on, wait till light stops flashing or beeps stop, now earth out the 4th pin in top row of diagnostic connector. 4th pin from the left.

After 5 beeps are heard remove the strap to earth and switch ign off.

Depending on how many error codes are stored may need to be repeated.

I had to do this to my brother in-laws EF to get it too pass a RWC. Now when the car is started the airbag light should turn off and no more beeps.

cheers...

Does the airbag light come on then go out during startup?? I'm assuming you don't have the airbag system fitted (being an EBII). If that's the case, I doubt the airbag globe being there or not will be an issue, AFAIK, this beep is initiated by the airbag module.

As mentioned, check your tailight globes, you may have a single filament globe fitted where there should be a double.

If you have used EL loom but using a Fairlane cluster then you need to rewire your brake lights. The beeps you are getting is a bulb outage alarm. Not easy to do but to give you a bit of encouragement I have done mine after about 1001 swear. Here is a diagram to give you a clue.

Also, you mentioned that you are using Fairlane Dash which means you are most likely using a fairlane fuse panel where a circuit breaker is still inserted for Auto Ride Leveling suspension. Remove that if you are not using air suspension. alarm should go off. This CB is located on to top row and should be the middle chunky looking fuse.

i agree with 66 coupe (except the globes) check the brake light switch, just bypass it with a piece of wire and make sure the key is turned to the on position. I have been through a few switches myself. In respect to the blobes well it coyuld be possible but how often have you heard of someone blowing that many at once. worth a check though.

have you tried removing the Circuit breaker for Air suspension? That is most likely the cause of the beeping.
