Theres no way you can, if i move it to one side there will be a massive gap on the otherside. Besides theres still a hole on the manifold side of the throttle body because they have bored it out to far and now theres a hole in the screw hole that bolts the tps on

That is terrible.
I'd send that back right away and call them out for that abomination that they sold to you as a "throttle body". |

I am in the process of trying to get a refund or replacement. I might as well have started the car with no throttle body on lol. Its sad that they even sold me something this bad

I wouldnt bother with a replacement from them.
I just noticed your sig, does your car have any other mods? You only really need a 68mm throttle if youre chasing more than 170rwkw. |

Well my next mod was to get ba injectors and a cam with j3 chip. Im already at just shy of 150. 148.8 on the dyno. The trottle body is all part of the plan to extract all the power i can get out of the 4L. Not bad for 305XXX KMS

It looks like they tried to use a 65mm throttle plate in a 68mm throttle body - thus, the 1.5mm gap all the way around. No amount of adjustment can fix that. But if they have an actual 68mm throttle plate available, simply swapping that in might solve your problem.
I have seen back-to-back dyno plots of a standard and oversize throttle body on the Falcon six. The two plots were virtually identical up to 5000rpm, but the standard started to lose steam above that, while the oversize continued to climb. There was a notable difference at 5500rpm and above, so it would be worth doing if the car is set up to use the extra revs (increased rev limit and shift points, hotter cam, headers and performance exhaust, free-flowing intake, etc).
