Ive just replaced the radiator in my falcon then when I went to start the car to warm it up and extuinguish air bubbles I turned the key and everything died
even the central locking doodaa has stopped
after reading through all these posts Ive learned to hit the steering wheel thing
The car has started twice the first time i turned on the lights and it stalled.After messing around and a short drive to the bottle shop to calm my nerves I tried it again and it started but when I put my foot on the brake it stalled and the whole thing died . Now theres no power to anything all fuses are fine
I have a spare key will this do anything different if I try it
Just before i got it to start when I would turn on the ignition to acc the radio would come on and the interior light would come on but when I go to turn the key to ign the whole lot dies WTF!!!!
any suggestions or remedies would be much appreciated as I dont know how long I can drive around in a dawooooo for without my fringe falling down over my eyes and my pants fall down revealling me plumbers crack

Sounds like you could have a flat battery brah

Have you checked that your battery terminals and electrical connections are tight ?

Remove the steering wheels shroud and inspect the ignition barrel. It seems to me like the contacts have come loose.

yea the battery is all good ,It was the first thing I checked.
Thanks for your input and will try the steering column shroud tomorrow after work cheers
