Hey,

I found someone on fordmods.com from which to purchase a second hand A/C Compressor to replace my damaged one.

Just wondering if this compressor (from a 1994 Falcon Ute 4L injected) will be compatible/fit my 1995 EFII Falcon?

Don't want to go forking over the dollar unless i am sure that it will fit!

Any one know if these two are compatible?

Cheers, Tim

Check with the seller, see if a model number is on it.

Where can i find the model numbers for different ford A/C Compressors? Is there a database or list on the fordmods.com site?

Tim

If you can afford it. I suggest buying a new comp, a second hand comp from a 11 yr car will be pretty much inefficent anyway. NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE!!!

Noyt sure if its possible on a E series compressor, but I rebuilt a XF one many years ago. It wasn't hard.

dont buy one from ford, get one from a Refrigeration & air conditioning shop. Heatcraft (kirby's or Lovelocks) they'll sell them for half the price!

Lovelocks stocks auto a/c parts and if they dont have it they can get it by the next day where you from???
but if you still want the seccond hand one and worried about it fitting just find a car yard that has the two cas in it and just look at them you shoud be able to tell if it will fit
