hey all,

have been noticing at certain points when i slow down an unusual noise coming from the brake pedal and sometimes i feel my foot vibrate. It doesnt happen all the time. Then tonight when driving home i noticed the abs light appeared on my dash. Now i have had all the brakes themselves checked out and they are fine. Also last week i had a piggy back computer installed in my car is there any possible chance that this could have affected the ABS???

no its a calibration issue with au series 2 /3 brakes, mine does it too, especially when travelling slowy with slight brake and turning (ie into or out of a driveway).

needs to go to a ford delearship and be put on the diagnostics, aparently its not uncommon. had mine checked by brake shop and they said everything was clean sensors perfect, and that it happens every now and again and a trip back to a delear gets it sorted.

so just do into a ford workshop and say that i need my abs to be calabrated?? how much does it cost of the top of your head
