Looking for a little assistance.

Has anyone fitted the Screamin' Demon 31736/31738 Coil Pack of the Accell 140036/140035 Coil Pack to an EF. These coils suit the V6 Mustang, Explorer, Taurus.

The Fitting on the Leads for the Coil are the same as the AU V8 Leads and the EF Coil Plug fits straight in.

The EF Coil is marked 123456 with the coils in pairs of 1-6, 2-5 and 3-4. The US (Screamin Demon/Accell) are 1-5, 2-6, 3-4. I undersatnd that you use the EF layout from the EF Coil onto the US coil.

Want to know which plug point to start from, ie 1 or othe end.

The coil pack is mounted on the rear of the rocker cover and I will be using custom leads.

Any assistance will be appreciated.

Work out which coil fires at or near TDC, and use that as the one for the pair, 1 & 6.
Then, 120* later work out which pair fire, and use that for 2 & 5.....as in 1-(5)-3-6-2-4.
Then another 120* later should be 3 & 4.
