Sorry dude, it could be a number of things. Don't know if the ED came with the self learning ECU but worth disconnecting the battery.

30 degrees here in Hobart today & it was the first time my air cond was switched on in 10 months. the idle was jumping all over the place, almost died on me but jump up again. after a few hrs driving it went back to normal, should of turn the air cond onces in a while to lube the seals. theres some strange noise coming from the compressor. :oops:

Harmless at times but not all the time :P

You might want to check the TB if its dirty. Now I'm not too sure if that has anything to do with the A/C but it just may since thats the only thing that would control the revs. So if the motor has more load from the A/C being turned on, then the engine would compensate the loss of power by opening the throttle a little bit more to try and sit the car level on idle...and if the TB is dodgy then it would just go out of wack.

Give that a shot.

cheers

phong =P~
