Is it coming into the cabin or just running down the outside of the firewall?
If its coming into the cabin you have an issue with the box not being sealed, as the condensation should run into a tube that goes thru the firewall on the passenger side of the car. Cheers ToranaGuy

sounds like the drain to the outside is blocked and needs cleaning out.
you will need to jack up the front end, and get some axle stands under there. climb under and look up at the firewall on pass side, almost directly below the map sensor there is a black rubber grommet with a 10mm hole in it. u may have to pull the insulation up a bit to see it poke some wire or a piece of dowel in there and wriggle it about. then drop the car back down again, start it and turn on the a/c, run it for a minute or so, reverse back and u should see a trail of water/condensation on the ground from where u were parked if the drain is clean |

Had this same problem with my NF just b4 xmas, seems the little drainage hose that goes through the firewall and leaves the puddle under the car was blocked / busted and the insulation in the engine-bay was covering it up and backing up into the cabin, all we did was poke at the hole and all of a sudden we had a gusher, i need to replace the rubber bit in the engine-bay but haven't done so yet but its still working fine, the drain was a buggar to find it was down fairly low on p/side of the firewall - its quite the shock that gush of bloody cold water

Cheers ToranaGuy Mate its actually coming into the cabin full bore! lol. Hope it's as simple as a plugged up drain hole for you. Last car i had this issue in was my Torana - when it rained. Plenum had rusted & it leaked badly when it rained. I have removed all the rust & fit fresh steel in it. When my g/f's car wet the carpet in the passenger footwell, it was because the heater core let go & dumped all the coolant into the cabin = cooked motor. Full rebuild. PITA! Cheers ToranaGuy

But most likely dirt coz i park in our front yard which is really loose gravel so it must have kicked up a fair bit over the years!
