I have a el falcon had a minor damage to condenser at front which let the gas out I have replaced unit bet not regased it yet I havent any power to compressor when I turn on air but i can power it up with direct line from batt relay problem or safety cut out?

Compressors hate to run without a/c gas in them so manufacturers put in safety guards like low pressure switches .So get it vacced and gassed and all will be good again.Kevman.

A stated above. My a/c was buggered in the Eb Ghia for about 2 years, leaked from a few places. I fit a new set of hoses, new condenser & a new dryer, had it gassed up & it's been good for 3 or so years now.
