hello another questtion whats the universal twin fans like part no: ALL30068. i cant find any information about it and also can i use 2 identical thermo fan motors from davis craig to make my own twin thermo fans using a sheet of say 10mm plastic and a frame around it to have the el twin fan look or wont davis craig fans made into twin fans be as good as proper el twin fans

what more s**t to go on about. use ef/el xh thermos with one of the various diffeerent switching systems around.. you are basically making more work for ya self then needed.....

the reason i asked was because i only have 15 amp wire and i need fans that only startup on 15 amps will 15 amp wire be enough to start and run the ford thermo fans. what amp fuses do i need

are you talking about el fans of davis craig ones because i read that el fans have a high start current and cont current is about 10 amps

well think about it you would or do want to use 15 amp wires etc etc use a 10 amp or 15 amp fuse think about it.. or read a wikipedia about electronics or something

use a relay if that fails they handle 100A easy as for $30. (depending on specs)
but id try a 15a fuse 1st end all these guys are correct spend $150 and get the ford one the craig davies ones are $100 each |

FFS WE DO NOT KNOW how many times do u need to be told you are s**t me and other members ring ford ffs or even polietly ask a member to measure it for you and just because u use a relay doe snot mean u can use 15amp wire on somethign that may require 20amps!

i thought a bit about it and actually im probably better to get el twin fans with dead motors in them and use the shell to put my own davis craig fans in or take the motors out and use the el twin fan blades as the davis craig fans wont draw more than 15 amps.
another thing is can someone please measure the current on the el tein fans |

another thing is can someone please measure the current on the el tein fans why dont u just fit el fans! f**k me you like to f**k arround alot! and to save what like $5! i'm sure theres a post about converting to themro's follow. have a search and your questions may be answered

look m8 craig davis fans are expensive. the ef/el shroud had been is common as and im sure has been fitted to yur model car many times b4. why won't u just b happw with that.

there ya fugging go then! i would use 15amp wire but why f**k around with all this s**t with davies crag fans or what ever you are planning on doing get on ebay and buy a set of ef/el or AU fans for under $200 with a shroud that works damn well or go to any decent autoshop and they will get them in for you FFS mods how long do we have to put up with this 3 threads on the same s**t
