Ohh yeah!! As long as it runs on standard computer (i am guessing new valve springs though) ... what can i say!!
I might start saving. specially if it will work well on an auto! |

Yep, been speaking to Jaysen - if I can some time to put some valve springs in I'll be getting this cam soon too.
Would have already had the damn thing in about a month ago if it weren't for valve springs lol. Mrnasty, yes GenIII's are quick, but you see some running mid 14's too. I think with a little bit more work my car could keep my old mans VX SS auto honest. Although, I'm sure dc_todd might also just exaggerating a bit too, I wouldn't be so pedantic.

I was thinking about a stage 1 cam earlier this year till I saw the notice that a stage 2 will be here soon. If it all goes as well as expected I will be ordering a stage 2 cam instead. My only question is would I still have to upgrade my valve springs, since they are a tickford head?

the ALTED stage two will not run on tickford valve springs, You need stronger springs, Im in the process of running up spring at the moment so ALTED can do spring and cam packages. |

Not sure if the Tickford springs are different, but Jaysen said that the stage two would run with my standard ford springs. Idealy i should have stronger springs, but it will work fine with std ones.
The Tickford may be a differnt kettle of fish
