HOLY COW thats impressive!! Thats like 210-220Kw's at the Flywheel and even without induction. I would say she has been either worked of its nut with stealth or a sheer "bloody Freak Motor"!

This motor, is pretty much standard, EF XR6 /BBM EL ECU - Removed coil packs and using dizzy. i was thinking more along the lines of 130rwkw, Its got extrators, 2 1/2 straight though extaust system 3" mandrel intake piping, KW Pod filter in box,

150rwkw doesn't sound right to me.

I have an AU XR6 with chip, cam, exhaust etc and 150rwkw is what I'm on.

And your car has exhaust only. Somethings not right....

Yeah the dyno might be a bit generous, but even so this will be good at least to give a direct comparson next week with the cam in it. Same car, same dyno.

I've been in the car and it DOES go good, so I'm not doubting it's got at least 140rwkw.

s**t their is only so much "working you can do on them!" Unless you ment that you are actually replacing the standard parts with better, "go fast" parts etc

You said you did some "tuning" between runs, what did you do exactly? Theres not too many adjustments that can be done to an NA, EEC i6... timing advance?

Also, what are you doing to it when you say your working on them all the time? Looks like you got heat soak on the second run too

Do you have any times on the present car? I think some realistic times would be a better indication of performance levels before and after.
Or maybe both dyno and times?

Just a suggestion??

hey all
good figures would be happy
sounds about right for wat u got
my old ea 3.2 with 3.9 head a mpfi manifold +pod extractors 2 1/2 exhasut wade cam and 3:45:1 diff gears did 124rwkw and this engine he got is a 4ltr so that sounds bout right.. good job.. u might acctually loose kw with cam but gain more in torque.. torque is your freind makes the car go quiker...

why cant anyone here beleive those figures... there isnt much differnce between engines from ed 6 to au 6 except vct that only thing diff between the au and his engine..

all i can say good job and b interesting to see what you get afta cam..
keep us posted. :)

Thanks for your support. :)

and yup, torque will get your car of the line, when running 1/4 times, RW KW is not everything.
