OK i need a new Radiator for my EF Falcon.
Now i can get the normal radiator for about $250 for Autobarn/Repco. But i find this Aluminum Radiator on ebay for $350.http://cgi.ebay.com.au/50MM-aluminum-radiator-Ford-EF-EF2-EL-FALCON-fairline_W0QQitemZ290311200320QQcmdZViewItemQQptZAU_Car_Parts_Accessories?hash=item290311200320&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=66%3A2|65%3A1|39%3A1|240%3A1318 My question has anyone used this radiator before and 1. Does it fit well?, Because i don't want to have to mod it. 2. Is the quilty good? 3. should i buy it over the plastic one? I have been told the PWR one sells for around $800 and i am sure it will fit and be of good quilty but i don't want to spend that much nore do i need it performance wise. I just dont want the plastice side tank to brake again. Warren |

consider what you are using the car for, and what kind of driving you do, and what ambient tempratures you drive in during summer. I think that for normal driving, not towing ect than a normal radiator is fine but you need more control of your cooling fans, Ie: manual overide to keep temp gauge in the clear,
on the other hand if you are towing racing or ambient temps high, would be a good investment. I just picked up a new radiator of ebay for $230 deliverd natra brand OEM specification, but i also have control of may fan operation and can force higher speed on by pressing a button, temp gauge dosent rise past 'A' in Normal on the gauge

I bought one, possibly from the same seller I can't remember, about 3 years ago: Fitted perfectly and absolutely no problems, even after a massive overheat due to total water loss (my fault)
