well on my mums BA there was a really high pitched vibration sort of a sound, it was 2 loose bolts on the exhuast manifold heat shield....

I've test driven a couple of BA XRs 6 & 8 last week end. notice both making the same whining sound from the rear, its either the diff or wheel bearing as it vibrate when the pedal hits the metal.
mind you, they're both freaken heavy on the steering. makes me wonder why I wanna trade in my tough reliable AU.
