Hi everyone. Just joined, What a great site. I've got a 5speed ED XR6 with a Jim Mock DEV 3HL kit and a stage 5 cam pushing out 162 kw at the wheels. Was gonna port the head as it's got a broken bolt atm but decided against it. Don't think I'll gain much from a port and polish

im confident i will see close to 180rwkw with my new motor.

Its got the jim mock race head, the DEV5 cam, hardened springs, S/S exhaust valves, stainless gasket, adjustable timing gear, ACL race pistons/bearings/rings, the block is hot tanked, rebored, honed, and the motor is balanced with a linished crank. Along with a haltech piggy back ecu i reckon i will get close. Anyone here got something similar?

200 rwkw is hard to get with an n/a motor and if you get there dont know how long your motor would last
it would help if you could the motor to 7000rpm

That's true in a way as well ... either that or the Croydon Dyno ... there you will get 250rwkw ... fully sik uleh!!

Best way to measure power is at the track and go on times (then it comes down to driver skill to get the most out of the car too).

That's the plenum. Dunno if there's any diff between say EF/EL, AU, BA intakes. They all have that '6-snail' look.

The Nizpro Plenum is a great product, a little on the expensive side, but for a gain of around 25kws its worth it.

That is NA. They gained 25kw after putting it on a NA ba 6.
