Heres pics of the Airbox from the Typhoon. Supplimentry air intake ends where the headlight is. Hope this helps

funny thing is. ford service tried to void my warranty almost 5 years ago with my cheap supplimentary intake. look at them now.

does the air comeing through there get filtered?

look like it's a straight through system.

the filter sits on top of the airbox like what you got now. snorkel/supplimentry-filter-intake tube.

yer filter will just be on top of all that.. had to remove the filter to show the holes in the airbox

thanks for the pix "theblackone". do you know where exactly the supplementry intake gets air from?. Does it go strait down and suck from near the driving light?

i tried to get the fotos as far in as possible

but it looks like its right into the front headlight. it stops just where that little entry is for the headlight and gets the cold air from there.
