In all seriousness, those with headers, do you actually feel or hear much of a difference before and after they were installed?

Im thinking of doing the exhaust system next, but am tossing up wether to put extractors on there aswell. If theres no real difference then they wont be fitted.

Yes they make a little bit of difference in both sound and go.

Also benefits the head with displacing heat.

*exhaust Sounds BETTER..
*YES.. i DID feel a difference before and after installation.. (more willingness to rev out faster)
*and i get great fuel consumption due part in "Freeing up" "exhaust gas flow"..

cannot name any Dis-advantages.. :wink:

a good header and xzorst system will make a difference but you will benifit more when you do more mods in the future (cam,head work,etc...)

when i got my pacies 4480's in, it had a louder note then with the factory manifold. Not much difference in performance wise at first, but in the last couple of days it has improved quiet well and has better mid and up top.

btw shop around, I scored my set for $400 including gasket, flange and new bolts.

phong =P~
