Just wanting to know the best upgrade for au brakes and the best upgrade for au springs and shocks?

BA/BF brakes are a GREAT upgrade. If you have an AUII/III it will be an easy upgrade but if you have an AUI you will need to change the lower control arms, stub axles and sway bar.

XR6 springs and shocks are a good upgrade.
