So I was doing the rounds at the local wrecking yard and came across an AU with what looked like a Centre Point Injection Manifold, Throttle Body and Filter.
Unfortunately did'nt get a chance to take some snaps. Was this done from the factory?? Spun me out when I saw it. Cheers.

Would've been an LPG car I'd suspect ?
I've seen a few EL/AU LPG cabs with that setup.

ive seen a few au x cabs in the wreckers with the cfi lpg set up.

Yeah, I think you'd probably find they'd be dedicated LPG too, not dual fuel.

holley adapter & gas research carb. if done right can be quite effective. Not saying that's what it was, but it's been done before. Like snap said usually for full gas conversions.
It would be hard/impossible to register a late model car running a previous version of efi on petrol.
