the only difference i can see is the au valve springs dont look as strong as the valve spring in my ef head that i destroyed by over heating

the valve springs on the ef head i have look to be double springs and the cam has a lot more metal than the au cam . the ef i have is just a standard gli falcon

okay if i use the au head cam and rocker gear it will all run okay on a ef block.thank for all your help
