The search button is your new best friends. This question has been asked 100's of times. And from what ive read the motor will bolt in with a small amount of grinding to the front of the sump. If you use all your accesseries and intake manifold then its a straight swap. If you wanna use the au intake then you will need a el ecu to controll the bmm, and the el ecu requires smartlock to operate. OR you can buy a jaycar rpm switch to operate the runners. AFAIK the au gearbox will bolt up to e series boxes and vice versa. AU motors have been put in e series many times and should be easy to do.
