Has any one experienced idle speed surging by about 200 rpm this seems to be a pulse of air or something around the idle soleniod although blocking the two inlet lines does not stop it

I found the idle has to be set just right, i had mine too high and the revs would drop to 800 then up too 1100 then back down after 5 secs.
