Hey all,
Time for new injectors in my 97 EL. I am going to put the AU one in but was just a bit unsure what AU motor series 1, 2 or 3 or are they all the same. A part number wont go astray. I found heaps on info serching but no one every said which motor, if there is a difference. Thanks Bretto |

Ford had them different but like Bear said, they WILL all fit. I put a set of AU ones into an ED, worked fine.

I think it is strange that the Injectors for BA/BF 6 cyl are all the same but the regulator is different for Turbos. Found some interesting info about Injectors: AU 6cyl Bosch number 0280 155 844 3 Bar, 43.5 PSI, 150.3 CC/Min BA 6cyl Bosch number 0280 156 123 3 Bar, 43.5 PSI, 212.8 CC/Min EB/ED/EF/EL 6cyl Bosch number 0280 150 790 3 bar, 43.5 PSI, 190.8 CC/Min Regulators, AU standard and BA standard 0280 160 628 2.7 Bar BA Turbo 0280 160 575 4 Bar |
