have a au series 3 throttle body to fit to a ef and while the rest is the same as a ef/el/au1 throttle body the tps has a different plug but the wires on both are same colours

swapping plugs wont be a problem but was wondering to join the au series 2 tps plug to the ef tps wires after cutting plug off do you just join colour to colour and itll work or do you have to look at both ecu wiring diagrams and work out which wires go where.

really need to know the answers as planning to fit it soon and have to swap plugs
