hi guys
does anyone have a diagram on the au vct cam solinoid/controler.. as in dismantled view?? ive got a au vct engine ready to go in my ed and the solinoid has been weeping oil and im looking at if its servicable or repairable.. |

im going to try connecting it via the bbm output and see what happens..
otherwise yes ill disable it but im still interested to see a dismantled one or a diagram of one.. |

bump...
does anyone even have any info on how the vct unit operates???? eg.. what voltage does it operate at?? is it in operative at 0 voltage or 12v? |

i remember reading a thread (i think twason's) about his conversion and there was talk in there about playing around with shift points.

it has 12 v constant. the ECU supplies a earth at RPM's above 3200
