I have a 1999 AU sedan that will not crank, I have replace the ignition barrel and Smartlock module and the P/N safety switch with known working parts from a running vehicle, and left the ignition on (for over 30 minutes) and after all that it will not crank is there something I've missed?

any help would be appreciated.

oh, the engine will crank if I bypass the starter relay, so it's not the starter or the battery.

what month 99?? if its 6th month onwards its smartshield meaning it needs transponder key, bcm and ecu to match each other..
