Hey guys,
i just bought the AU XR8 Snorkel (turns out its BA as the AUs are obselete or something) and was comparing it to the one on my EF XR6.

The XR6 one seems to have a larger opening, wider at least. Does the AU one have a larger pipe from the opening tho? Or is there no use in changing it and leaving the XR6 one on?

Probably stupid but cheers for any responses.

it is mainly for looks as the diameter of the hole going into the airbox remains the same.

if you fill up a bucket with water through a funnel, it doesn't matter how big you make the top of the funnel. if the hole in the bottom stays the same size the bucket will fill up just as quick.
