Anyone use any of the B&M Megashifters on their auto Falcons? Im gettin sick of my stocky one so I wanna change the look of it.

How easy would it be to change over? Anyone know anywhere around Melbourne that could fit it up for me?

I've got a B&M Quicksilver sitting in the garage that I've been meaning to install for over a year now. I havn't got a cable or any brackets (would probably have to be altered or custom made ones) or anything but.
If you do it let me know so I can follow... :-)

You get a s**t of brackets for various auto's when you buy them new.
I've got a few laying around here from when i fitted a new Quick Silver to an F100.
They give you all the usual C4, FMX, Turbo 350 and 400, and i think some Chrysler brackets.
I'm not sure if there was one to suit the 4 speed but i'm pretty sure there was.
Not too hard to fit up, but if you want it to sit in your consul you'll prob have to do some modifying to the floor to get it to sit low enough, i done it to my XD a long time ago, chop the shifter box on the floor down so the shifter sat flush with the consul.
Also i can't remember how the inhibiter switch is on the 4 spd, but on a C10 from memory it has to be removed from the box to fit the new linkage for the B&M, then you wire upto the one supplied with the shifter.
The thing i find that takes the longest is getting the cable adjusted perfect, takes a few goes to get it spot on.
