For sure, i have. Check out the thread as TROYMAN mentioned above to get some inspiration.

That i'm not sure of, what i DO know is the 93LE will fit with the use of a BA or AU bellhousing.

You can use BA engine brackets and EL mounts, but i reckon it's better to re-use the EL engine brackets as they are more compact than the BA's and bolt up the same way.

Sounds like a interesting read that thread.

Along the same lines, would a 5.4lt fit in the e series bay? Now there is a conversion i woud love to see and do! I reckon it would have some balls behind it too!

Wouldnt bother putting a boss 5.4 in, those things are gutless compared to the b series turbo 6.
If you wanted a hypo E series running a B donk, go to nizpro and get a 600hp+ 6, mated to a 6spd manual.

nah def would prefer a 8 over the T6 anyday. Never been a big fan of the 6's, and dont get me started on turbos :D never liked either. Im more the old school, A big V8 and a charger :P
But i suppoe whatever floats your boat i suppose.

Would be a damn tight fit in there, dont even know if it would fit in width ways. Its a damn wide motor.

Yair, big lump of metal those 5.4's are! :P

Still dont like the 6T. and you prob have two chances of changing that. :P

With 10 grand i still believe you would get more out of a 8 than the T6. And it would be much more reliable.

Absolutely false!!!

I don't know where you got those ideas from but you have it a** about.
Spend $10,000 on both and you'll get FAR more out of the T6 and it would be more reliable than the V8.

For the V8 to be even close to the performance of the T6 it would have to be one very highly strung boss motor, that makes it unreliable!
Either that or you'd have to boost it. That makes it either over $10,000 or unreliable again because you haven't done it right.

The boss motor has been crap since it was released, it has NOTHING on the T6!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

as much as I agree with u bi6tim, take it easy mate lol people have there preferred choices.. some like s**t 4cyls, some like na 6s, some like v8s and some like turbos

personally, i wouldnt buy anything that isnt forced now but I just love boost, thats me... on the other hand im like a lot and dont think ANY car that isnt an 8 sounds that nice.. when push comes to shove nothing sounds sexier then a rumbling v8

The 5.4 wouldnt fit regardless.

just to give you an idea and sizes.

Image

Also I wouldnt write off the 5.4 too quickly either. Maybe they havent got them going as fast as the f6 over here, but in the states they are doing some tremendous stuff with the 4.6 quad cam mustang, 8 sec "street" cars and the motors are pretty close to each other.

But saying that anything faster than a 12 is no longer a daily driver, especially in a EF/EL and thats double for a T5 equipped car.
