Some people, if you hit your head with a coconut both would smash and coconut juice would come out.

The BA isnt that expensive anymore, get rid of the EA and buy a BA if you want a BA six. By the time you muck around the get the BA motor in it will cost you more than actually buying a BA.

Dont worry not only ford people think like this. A guy on the LS1 forum put a GEN3 in a VK, cost him $15k. You can actually go out and buy a VT with a GEN3 for less than $15k. Rocks in his head.

Here is your lesson for the day.

It's nothing to do with ford or holden people wanting to put new engines in old cars, its just the p-platers :D

$3500! I've got around 5-6gs to spend on a car now. Buying a EA and chucking in a BA engine is looking more and more appealing. What box would be best to use? Does the T5 from an EA bolt up to the BA or should I try and find a complete engine and gearbox package?

Im all up for custom cars, but why put an LS1 into anything, they used oil from the factory and then to compensate Holden just put a bigger sump on em, What a waste of good money, you want to do a custom, then put a 351 into a XM or something or better a 460 into a ZA, Thats the one I really want to do.

u never bloody said that, Ive had a mate back in QLD with a supercharged V6 out of a VT in a LX torry with Boat exhausts out of the bonnet as a burnout car, that thing went off.

As for the BA Motor, ITs gonna be alot of work. But it is your own money. PLan to part with all of it and then some.

Cause when it comes to extracting easy performance from a modern motor, you've got 3 choices.

DOHC Turbo 4L
LS1
2JZ

Not much else is even in the ballpark.
