Hi all,

Sorry if this is a stupid question and I swear I've searched high and low for answers!

All I want to know is how to get the Tbar off and remove the silver insert on the back of it.

I also have a replacement gear select plate coming as mine is all bubble so I'm going to need to know how to change that as well.

I want to do it right as I'm prettying up my BA

Any tips much appreciated!

You should be able to remove the frim with a small thin flat blade scewdriver it just flicks out
