Hey Guys, My BA got totalled when i was t-barred by a P Plater no INSURANCE! Anyways looking at putting motor and transmission into an XF and putting a snort turbo kit on! Will this fit onto the XF engine mounts? Any help would be great, Cheers Sean!!

xf has the same front end as a xg/xh ute right?
my mate has just gotten rid of the xf style ute that has the early e series engine (xg i think) and all it had done to it was the front sway bar modified to clear the ba sump, im quite sure he said thats all that was done to fit the engine,he was going to run a t5 from a e series im quite sure so the gearbox would of fit straight in no problems, and he was just going to run the engine off an aftermarket computer with the cable throttle body and cams locked.
he bought it as a basket case and never bothered putting a spanner to it and swapped it for a hyundai accent so i never got to see how the motor fitted in im just going off what he told me

There's a bloke running is daily XH at Winton at the moment.
XR6 Turbo engine with a BA dashboard.
This thing flies.
Don't ask me how he did it, but it has been done!
