Hi Fellas,

Around about 1yr ago I converted over to the dual zone climate control system in my standard BA falcon (fitted with the factory gas system, straight gas)
And around that time my heater stopped working at first I assumed it was my dual zone but then found out my converter was blocked.
I had it cleaned out and it ran like a dream no problems.
But now around 6months later my heater has stopped working again.
I am suspecting its another blockage in my converter because the symptons are the same.
What could be causing this and whats the proper fix?

What is causing the blockage? Dirt, slim, rust?

I have no idea mate. The converter does look a little on the rusty side on the external parts so I am guess rust maybe.

I do have a adequate level of coolant in the overflow so not sure why....
