Hi guys long time since I posted! I've just picked up a BA 6 cyl base XT as a daily - good car but not much of the A/C / radio stuff responds to buttons..OK so my problem is this.. the A/C is on the whole time.. I can turn it down and the fan on low but the clutch in the A/C compressor gets a bit smelly; I'd really like, for now, to either unplug the 2 wire lead on the compressor clutch or maybe remove the A/C fuse....will this cause any damage or disable anything else? Will the fan / heater still work if the wire's unplugged or fuse removed? Thanks in advance!!
