I am changing my mums head gasket car has 130k on the clock and for some reason the head gasket has gone
I thought the head gasket woes were fixed by now in the BA ? Reason why i am doing it , is cylinder #1 on the exhaust manifold was only hitting up to around 30C-40 while the others where at close to 250C It was blowing clouds of white smoke plus i took a sneak peak in cyl 1 with a webcam n torch and it was full of oil It has had services for the first 80K of its life due to it was a fleet vehicle and i have taken over ever 7.5K km and coolant to every 12 months Just a few questions have just pulled of most of both manifolds and rocker cover etc Is there any tips regarding doing the VCT cam stuff and timing cover etc ? Seems straight forward to me |
