so ive posted about this miss issue before..but it continues.
new plugs, coils, inlet manifold gasket and it remains it only happens first thing of a morning, start car, runs like a dog, miss clears after a few minutes.. scan reveals coil fault and speed sensor fault....scaned a second time with a better scan tool and faults are revealed from a second computer..him..i think nthe mechanic called it... so the options given to me were cream on the plugs..something to do with spark?? or replace the him?? computer at a cost of a grand. does any of this make sense to anyone?? cheers |

New mechanic who can correctly use a scan tool and lab bench/scopes ect.
Does he know what he's on about or is he just telling you what the screen says |

Definitely find a new mechanic that can give you a proper diagnosis.
