iv been saving for a while now and finally i can see the light at the end of the tunnel (its been taking for effing ever)..
iv got a list of things im ready to buy for my 05 ba xr6 just want some input about everything pricing, kw gain, maintenance, endurance etc.

heres the info iv got a 05 ba xr6 4 speed auto its got just under 190000ks, what iv got planed for the car is....
port and polished heads
bigger throttle body
boring the pistons
bigger cams
roller rockers
fpv air intake with the k&n pannel filter
better spark plug leads and sparkplugs
under drive
full 21/2" exhaust
xr6 turbo diff with 3/11 diff gears
dyno remap
zf gearbox most probably a reco or if i find one els where (anyone selling)

thats about everything like i said before does anyone no any dramas i might be in for or anything i will need to replace for a build like this ie. fuel pumps etc? and whats the best brands not the most expensive and how much kw gain am i gunna get spoke to a mechanic at west coast performance or some s**t like that they build race motors here in campbeltown sydney and he said im looking at around 300hp but he said that pushing it pretty f**k far lol he said just get a xr6 turbo u p***y still on my P's...

does boring the pistons cylenders mean new pistons?

yeah mate getting new pistons was going to just get a rebuild kit but found boring it out is a better option little bit more pricey. also im pretty sure you can buy leads of ebay but my mechanic should hook me up so shouldn't be any dramas..

posting some pics of the car tomorrow just got it lowered this arvo chrome stockies all round looks good with the white paint... f**k paying over a grand on rims lol...

ur ba is useing coil packs.. so sorta eliminates leads..

ba is coil on plug, so no leads or coilpack, just a coil on top of each plug....
