hey, just want to know if the ''growler" cold air intakes are worth geting
and with the stanards exhuast systems is the center and back muffler 3 way flow (goes back and foward)?
and would you recomend exstactors or full exhuast?
and with 19s what king springs would you recomend to get it pre close to the 100-120mm high mark

are growler cold intakes worth it? i recond yes they are mate, i got no figures to back this clam but what difference it made to my ute. i wouldnt buy the big mouth ones as the air box are the most restrictive thing
as for extractors or full exhaust ...id would say both but if you cant afford to do both at once id do extractors 1st
as for the 19s (mine 245/35R19) i just left my suspension stock after i put my 19s on as i stilll need a bit of clearance since i go back to the farm sometimes so i cant help you there

Any CAI is worth it, but you have one already. Get the Typhoon secondary intake and replace the pipe from the airbox to the tb. This will be a better setup as theres restriction there, no point getting more into the airbox just to restrict it to the tb, and f**k the price they charge.

For the exhaust, get the full system done, best you can afford as theres not too many other mods to get more power without opening the motor or boosting it. A full system will give the biggest improvement above all other bolt on mods.

Not sure bout the ride height sorry, i got 20's wrapped in 30sr's, stock height, looks good and i still scrape the exhaust at times over speed humps.

Its a decent setup, i run Pacemaker headers on my XR6 and XR8, they are definately one of the better manufacturers. Id try to find the tuned length design headers though, not starting a war between tri y and tuned, but i had both and picked up a few extra rwkw with the tuned, and not just top end like people state. As fot the exhaust, so long as its mandrel bent 2.5" and straight through mufflers you will be fine. Get the cat done too while you're at it.

Call your local Ford dealer for the Typhoon intake, or maybe ebay?
