hey all

just wondering if people have any pics of the XR6T pod intake setup? just interested in costs as well, as i'm looking into getting one to fit the EF :wink:

uh... why???
there wont be any huge performance gains from it, would only look a little different.....

but if u want one, go to a wrecker and get one.

im assuming the snorkel type thing is the bottom, where does it pull the air from?

doesnt look like it would go anywhere in a ef/el..

but if you could make it join upto a au111 snorkel maybe.

i looked into it aswell. Different yes, much gain, i dont think so.

better then a exposed pod tho

I thought it did hook up to the snorkel, don't the ba's have snorkels too???

Any way it's about $120 just for the pod housing. I am going to get one and just make the bracket to fit it up myself. It shouldn't be that hard. It's better than paying $500 bucks for it though. The gut old me that you have to take the bottom breather thingo off to fit it to an AU so i guess its the same for the earlier models as well. I let you guys know how it goes and i will post some pics of the finished product.
