1: Sell current car,
2: Buy manual version perhaps newer,
3: Enjoy being manualised.

It's a ba, your stuck with it. Even with a bf the conversion is worth more than a similar car in manual.

That!

Not saying it hasn't been done cause I remeber reading something years ago about a past member having done it and it cost about 7 grand to get it running properly. So with the current price of the BA and BF sitting at or around 5 to 10 grand mark selling yours and purchasing a manual one would be a more and better viable option.

pretty much. unless your mechanically minded. Tailshaft will be the biggest issue, but easily enough sorted.

I was told that Auto and manual use same tailshaft. Only difference is in the T5Z, as it needs a shorter tailshaft. I can confirm this in 2 weeks when I get my manual conversion done, as I received the tailshaft with the kit also.

Manual tailshafts have a shorter front piece. Been there, done that.

Well there you go! I was just fortunate enough to get the tailshaft with the kit, so I don't have to run around finding one lol
