I have just fitted the upgrade illuminated power window switches to a 2005 BA2 Futura Wagon & find that they don't work in this car. I have owned a 2005 BA2 XR6 that had them as standard equipment, & I also have fitted some to a 2006 BF2 Futura & they work. Can anyone tell me is there a modification I can do to make these work in this car? Thanks.

stupid question i know.. does the car your fitting it to have the illumination power pin in the plug?

Hi Wagons dont have the earth return wire for the leds in the wiring loom (normaly a blue/red wire that goes back to the cluster. If you followed the instructions on the net and did your own switches you can fix the drivers switch by instead of fitting a pin in the unused hole just link it to the earth which is the track/pad whatever surrounding that pad and for the other doors either add an earth wire or try connecting to one of the wires that go back to the main switch, this just makes the leds go out when the driver operates the master switch in one direction.
