Have got a BA turbo engine here that i am running vernier gears in

and I'm wanting to know what cam gear settings people have tried and what results have happened

Have had verniers in my g6e n/a on stock timing as it sat i replaced the cam gears and it got to the stage of this is crap and I've pulled them out gutless down low

Ba this ba turbo the ecu can't control the vct so just after advice on setting them up please
