Just realised, I'm about to begin BBM conversion, and my part number is an AU one, starting with Wxxxxxx, and not xxDAxxxx.

If theres no differences, then I'll continue putting the AU one on, or should I buy an EL one?

Cheers,

Mark

Au should be OK I think. Are you going the whole hog eg fitting thermos. Also are you using an EL ecu to switch the manifold?

Thermos already in, and ECU ready to plug in. So AU one OK. THanks for your help. :D

you will have problems with the au bbm because the au has the map and air charge sensor in the one sensor..
therefore its not really compatable with the e series ecu..

troyman, your a wealth of knowledge, my wrecker said he would happily replace it, so i'll do it tomorrow.

Once, again, you've made this conversion a breeze for me, thanks.

thanks mate. :) .

i had that problem when i did mine i got as far as putting the manifold on then i realised that the air charge sensor was different and had to return it to the wreckers and swap it for a el manifold as el manifolds use all the same sensors as ea mpfi so its so much easier ....
