Hey there, so I have a 2008 Fairmont Ghia, and I was wondering what options I have in the way of modifying my Intake system? I still want to maintain using factory parts, so I was wondering what options there are out there in the way of swapping my current AIR-BOX, SNORKEL, INTAKE BOX, for parts off XR6 Turbo's Typhoons and Territories etc.

honestly the gains from it are very small, if your picky youll be able to feel a better throttle response and a very small increase in power maybe 3-6 rwkw, an xr turbo box would do just fine aswell, with the k&n panel filter youll be sweet, i had my car dynoed at 155 rwkw with minor mods (ba xr6) the bloke told me to slap a k&n panel filter in, which i bought off him then and there and took my power level upto 160 on the dot, the panel filter was about $80 and i spose a typhoon box might be $100 - $200 depending where you get it from... good upgrade to compliment any others you might have..

I have a K and N panel at the moment, and a cat back exhaust aswell and am looking at getting a set of pacemakers, i would expect a bit more fuel economy/ tiny power increase with the airbox aswell
