You don't need to do anything to fit a full exhaust system, will bolt up where the original did and your car will love you for it, less restriction, engine will breathe better, more power ect...

being a bf it will throw a light on the dash for the 02 sensor due to the cat not doing its job like the factory one would, if you reset the light it will keep turning on after you drive about 100 km, you can get it turned off permanently if you get the car tuned, you may aswell order the ba high flow cat without the second hole and unplug the second sensor.

If you don't want to tune it, you can space the sensor out so it reads less than actual flow. There have been some instances where this hasn't worked, but for most people it does.
Other option; This one is meets Euro spec and shouldn't throw code - http://www.performanceexhaust.com.au/~967 And on ebay http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/172412693663 Dea CEL eliminator - http://www.deaperformance.com.au/p/Performance/90-DEGREE-CEL-ELIMINATOR-CHECK-ENGINE-LIGHT-FIX-CA/OSF1890
