im going to have to get a block rebored and i wonderd maby id get it out to 4.5, any idea's prblems im likley to run in to???

you cant just bore it out to 4.5.. you need to have a different combination of rods and crank to stroke it aswell to get it to 4.5 ltr

i think 60 thou, is about as much as you would want to go without sleeving the block..
correct me if im wrong.. and from memory boring a 4.0l 60 thou takes it approx from 244 ci to 249 ci which i think is 4080 cc.. i did have a formula to work it out but i cant find it... |
