just put new pads and rotors all round and then had a squeak after 50k's

found this - wtf else could go wrong - if its got tits/wheels or a harddrive its gonna cause you grief

cant remember? maxstop something like that - teach me to buy cheap crap - should have stuck with bendix as usual but they were out of stock and recommended these :shock: :shock: :shock:

Bendix or Ferodo, the only mid priced pads I'd go for. EBC if your looking for something higher up.
Either way that definately shouldn't have happened - take em abck for warrenty/refund.

i use lucus and they are great, dusty but great (no squeels like bendex)

but are you sure you fitted the tab on the outside?

My ferrodo's Squeel like a b**ch and create more dust than the outback winds. That sort f s**t is wrong tho, take em back...

DUH YES - ITS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE - and with new pads i dont think you could have the spring on the inside and fit it on the rotor anyway

ive done dozens of brake jobs and never seen anything like this :evil:

i have never seen anything like that happen to any brand brake pad ever, good way to get a new free set of pads.

My bendix ultimates are just as bad.. don't think I'll be using them again to be honest, just too annoying in day to day driving.

bendix are old school pads, way to hard stock for e-series rotors
