G'day

Last Friday, while driving, the brake pedal suddenly went right to the floor. I pumped it a second time and it went very short and OK. I stopped to check for fluid level and leaks, did not find anything wrong. Continue driving and it kept happening every now and then. I kept kicking the pedal twice every time whether it went long or short. It worked fine. Parked the car for about an hour to do some shopping and then the pedal became normal again. I drove the car on Saturday, Sunday and Monday and and the pedal is as short as it should be. I have ordered a new master cylinder in case it is crapped.

Does any one have any idea what's going on. I have checked for leaks and fluid level. Nothing wrong.
